Some other centers of attraction for the tourist in London are art galleries and off course city’s night life. But, staying in London may not be a cup of tea for everyone. Perhaps, it is the most expensive city in the world. But think again, because one may be wrong with this opinion. There are many cheap hotels in London which are providing the best services.
Basically the term ‘cheap’ depends upon financial condition of individual. Someone may afford five or seven star hotels. But, those visitors who can not afford, they have alternate in form of cheap hotels which do not have any star tag but they may be ten times or even more than ten times cheaper than the five or seven star hotels. Such hotels are mostly situated in Bayswater, Victoria and King Cross districts of London. Victoria and Bayswater are very close to central London so these are traditionally favorite area of cost conscious tourists.
Travelers must be very conscious while choosing the cheap hotels in London. They should not forget that roses always come with thorns. It may be a very expensive time to spend the night in any cheap hotels. For instance, King Cross district has poor reputation. Hence, one must avoid this location.

These hotels may promise the nutritious and delicious breakfast with the cheapest price but one must know that it may not be as per the expectation. Quantity and quality criteria are not defined here. Cleanliness is also a very crucial factor while choosing a cheap hotel. Mostly, it has been seen that reasonably priced hotels do not provide clean toilet and bathroom. Hence one should try to check at least clean linens and carpeting on the floor.

London is already known as the most expensive destination and 2012 Olympic may leap it towards a new height which may be bad for the reputation of London city. The good thing is that culture, media and sport departments have unveiled multi agency strategy entitled: “Winning – A Tourism Strategy for 2012 and Beyond”. Hence, it will definitely control the high price of hotels and promote cheap hotels.
