What’s the best beach in Florida?
Bargain Hotelsiamsammilby asked:
I am planning a beach vacation in Florida sometime in September. I think it is cheaper than Caribbean. I dont know exactly where to go. Miami, Orlando, Key Largo, Daytona or even Fort Lauderdale. I dont know which city is the best and which hotel is good.

Although I haven’t been to all of those cities I have been to Orlando and Fort Lauderdale. Orlando hands down probably has the most to do but not really any nearby beaches unless you count Lake Buena Vista. Orlando has Universal Studios, Seaworld, and then theres always downtown Orlando if you like the city atmosphere. About 10 miles from Orlando in Kissimmee is Disney World, which of course requires no explanation. Orlando is good if your going with children, but theres also lots of things to do for adults too. Fort Lauderdale has beaches if that’s what your looking for. You could also visit Cocoa Beach too which isn’t far from Fort Lauderdale.

Well Miami and Ft. Lauderdale are in the same metropolitan area, so does two come together if you stay in Ft. Lauderdale your going to go to Miami a few times since it is only 20miles south.
I will say go to Miami unless you want to do the theme park thing than Orlando.
Miami has great beaches. South Beach is always ranked as one of the top ten beaches in the world every year. Miami is a international hub, lots of diversity. its a great city with lots of things to do 24/7. Miami Beach is awesome during the day you just relax on the beach and at night you have some great food, walk about the busy streets and you can always enjoy the world famous night life. The everglades are right near by. And Key Biscayne has some less crowded less tourist type beaches too. Miami has everything someone would want for a vacation.
Miami hands down unless you want theme parks than go to Orlando, but there are no beaches in Orlando.
If you don’t want a large city atmosphere or the night life and all that than go to Marco Island, Naples, Ft. Myers area.
Key West is nice too. But if you never want to be bored at you want to visit a world class city Miami is where you want to go.

Definately Panama City (most beautiful beaches in the world) and Destin, Florida . The sand is truly white as sugar and the water is turquoise. Awesome, awesome.

If you want the best beach in Florida make sure you pick something on the Gulf Coast. The beaches on the Gulf of Mexico side of the state are sandy white and crystal blue. Compared to the beaches on the Atlantic. I would say Pensacola Beach Florida has some of the best beaches.

I would advise you to go to the gulf coast, they have the best beaches in Florida.

They’re all wrong. Delray Beach is the best, between Ft Lauderdale and West Palm
Great beach, great bars, great restaurants…………

Live on West coast, Fla. We go to Siesta Key, Sarasota County. Try Lovers Key, Bonita Springs. They are always voted top 10 beaches in state. Watch the Travel channel, on Florida beaches.
