Where is the BEST place to travel in the N. American region in late Nov. for a fun party scene besides vegas?

I’m looking for a place with world class hotels, clubs etc. besides Los Angeles, NY, Vegas or Miami. Budget is of no concern, Mexico and Canada are options as well.

   Well, there’s always Cabo. But I think I’d do Hawaii if budget is no concern.
