Marble House pension is nice and cheap, about 35 e per night off season, but for a stay as long as yours, you can probably negotiate a lower rate.
It is central, a ten minute walk to Acropolis, and the Syngrou-Fix metro station is very close.

You can get cheaper accommodation in smaller places, though, and it will probably also be easier to get in touch with people if you stay in a small town without (much) tourism.
