What is a good cheap hotel in San Diego ?

   In the Point Loma area, which isn’t too far, the Vagabond Inn is usually pretty reasonable and clean….not too many “cheap” places in San Diego.

   Probably the best hotel in the Gaslamp quarter that won’t cost you a mortgage payment is Comfort Inn. It’s probably about the same price as the Vagabond Inn mentioned previously, or the Super * near Old town, but this one is in the gaslamp area. Here’s the link to the info I found:
